All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS. International orders are shipped through DHL or UPS.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all items. Orders will ship after processing time. Please note that holiday processing times may be extended due to high volume orders or unforeseeable circumstances. If processing time exceed more than 7 days we will send a notification via email.

LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECIEVED ITEM
Once a package is accepted and scanned by USPS, it is their responsibility to ensure you receive the item. If you do not receive your item, please contact the USPS.COM or visit your local post office with the tracking number that was provided for you and they will assist you with your claim.
